Methodology
A hard boundary between evidence and capability.
The research process is designed so that public visibility can increase without granting the public, crawlers or agents any operational authority over DTRM systems.
1. Define
Humans define the objective, constraints, risk frame and evidence required to evaluate the experiment.
2. Search
Machine systems search, rank and transform evidence inside the governed research environment.
3. Validate
Outputs must satisfy lineage, schema and publication contracts before they can cross the public boundary.
4. Publish read-only evidence
Only static, validated evidence is promoted to Human Clause. Public readers and agents can inspect and cite it, but cannot trigger execution.
5. Observe the boundary
Availability, discovery, crawler activity, reconnaissance and regressions are monitored so that visibility does not silently become capability.
